So Loop doesn’t push you into one facility. Voice-heavy customer work, freight dispatch, accounting and FP&A, medical billing, technical support — these are different disciplines, and the centers that excel at one are often mediocre at another. Jay places your work with the center built for it, negotiates the terms, sets the SLAs, and stays accountable for the result.
